Belt transmission, stable and reliable, high rotating speed is available.
High-precision classifying rotor ensure precise top point cutting, achieving the high requirement of product particle sizes. World-class ceramic rotor with linear speeds up to 65m/s. Classifying process with high-precision and high-purity grinding and classifying can achieve ultra-fine powder with a specific gravity of 26g/cm, D100: 8μm.
Automation technology, precise weighing control, free from human interference, stable and reliable running throughout the whole process, ceramic protection technology, high purity; no metal contact in the whole powder process.
Large Capacity. Our jet mill has the largest production capacity currently operating in China and we have independent intellectual property rights. Matching 1000KW power air compressor, the capacity is 57T/h (toothpaste grade calcium hydrogen phosphate D97:≤10μm).
