Available D50:1.5~45μm, easy installation. No need large-scale civil works. Fine powder can be completely recycled, no pollution, dust removal can reach International dust emission standards.
Feed size <10 mm, final product particle size less than 10 μm (sieve pass rate of 97%) and fine powder size <2.5μm is about 40%. It has the advantages of high-efficiency, low energy consumption of high-speed impact mills, and product fineness is close to jet mill.
It is currently an ideal equipment for producing non-metallic mineral fine powder with dry grinding method. Classifying wheel is built-in type. Unique structure of classifying wheel, favorable classifying effect and no particle contamination. Particle sizes can be adjusted, final product powder can reach D97:3~8μm.
